Life here is hard

My dream is to one day visit Khailash. I want to do the pilgrimage before I die. Utin from BhimTang

It’s a very hard life up here in the mountains. It’s tough to survive and the winters are brutal. I hope that foreigners come here and experience the fresh air as well as enjoy the views here. Their money is an important resource for our survival here.

I work hard here so that my daughter will one day study to be a nurse. In life, you get so many challenges which is why it is important to find things that make you happy. The mountains here do that.

The surroundings in BhimThang were indeed impressive.
